Media Project Fiscal Sponsors

Fiscalsponsordirectory.org is produced and maintained by San Francisco Study Center Inc., a 501(c)(3) since 1972 and a fiscal sponsor since 1975. Study Center is a member of the National Network of Fiscal Sponsors, which is engaged in professionalizing the field, providing assistance to sponsors and projects alike to improve financial management and spark organizational development throughout the nonprofit sector.

The Fund for Constitutional Government (FCG) is a publicly funded foundation dedicated to the exposure and correction of corruption in the United States federal government. FCG accomplishes this work by funding organizations and journalists working to advance and sustain an open and accountable government. FCG is a Section 501(c)3 organization and may also serve as a fiscal sponsor for new projects.

Our mandate is to promote and foster public awareness of the peoples, cultures and current affairs of nations throughout the world and to encourage peace and understanding through various forms of media and other methods of information exchange. Fiscal Sponsorship is a financial relationship between you and the Global Center, a registered 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization, who acts as your Fiscal Agent, allowing you to solicit funds from potential donors for your project (film, print, dance, photography, etc.) as tax-deductible contributions. Send a one or two paragraph description of your project. If it falls under the auspices of the International Center For Global Communications' (aka, The Global Center) mandate, we act as your fiscal sponsor. The Global Center takes a 5% administration fee of all money raised.

Independent Arts & Media offers Fiscal sponsorship to individuals, collectives and emerging organizations seeking support from major funding sources that only make grants to projects with non-profit status.

Pan Left Productions was born out of the desire to help local activists and artists make video work for little or no money. Pan Left Productions has slowly but steadily grown into a non-profit production company, with an active membership that is consistently producing articulate, artistic, and thought-provoking work. Pan Left Productions is a membership-driven collective of progressive artists. Our mission is threefold: to create and distribute videos —nonfiction, documentary, narrative & experimental— that educate and expose viewers to social, political and cultural issues

The Independent Media Center is a grassroots organization committed to using media production and distribution as a tool for promoting social and economic justice. The IMC is not owned or funded by corporate sponsors and advertisers and we are in need of your support to sustain our efforts. Fiscal sponsor for the Global Indymedia Network as well as numerous individual IMCs and (Indy)media projects.
